Our Team
We have a team of skilled and experienced Technicians and Engineers that work on all of our project sites.
Apprenticeship Scheme
Learn whilst you work!
We run an apprenticeship scheme, giving you the opportunity to learn and work to earn money at the same time. You will work alongside skilled technicians and engineers to gain experience in the field.
We use training provider Banham Academy and enrol you on their training course: The Fire, Emergency & Security Systems Apprenticeship Technician (FESS) Level 3.
This course is about designing, installing, and maintaining electronic systems to protect businesses, homes and properties against fires, break-ins, and other emergencies.

Our Operations Manager, Lisa is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with The Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) and will provide mentoring and coaching to you whilst you are on the apprenticeship programme.

The IET has accredited Banham Academy’s FESS apprenticeship programme. Once you have been on the programme for at least 6 months, you will be invited to register for IET student membership.

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you can apply for Engineering Technician (EngTech) registration and have the letters, Eng Tech TMIET after your name. Banham Academy is the only training provider within the fire and security systems sector able to offer this opportunity.
